Another festival came and went along with more gorgeous gowns I couldn't help but ooh and aah over. My eyes practically came out my head over Natasha Poly's velvet emerald green leopard print dress. It was amazing to say the least. But hands down, best dressed for the entire event is Diane Kruger. She consistently killed it on the red carpet over and over again.
