Lately I have been really into bold, graphic printed pants. Leopard print, black and tribal, floral, you name it and I like it. I mentioned in my past posts that I am trying to add more color and "pzazz" to my wardrobe this year, and I believe if the pants are fitted right and paired with a great heel, this is the perfect way to do just that!

Hello everyone! I apologize for my absence, it has been a while since I last blogged. I won't bother with a list of excuses, but I'm back and in my opinion, that's all that matters! I totally owe you an outfit post this week (hopefully more than one). We'll see if my schedule allows it, but for now, I wanted to share with you a new treasure I discovered today while at work. I was invited to join this new style inspiration website called, StyleSaint. It is very similar to Pintrest, but strictly all things fashion and style related. It seems pretty cool so far, and I'm excited to play around on it more. As far as my post for today goes, I wanted to share the few pictures that really made my heart pitter-patter with love and envy. Another festival came and went along with more gorgeous gowns I couldn't help but ooh and aah over. My eyes practically came out my head over Natasha Poly's velvet emerald green leopard print dress. It was amazing to say the least. But hands down, best dressed for the entire event is Diane Kruger. She consistently killed it on the red carpet over and over again. I am currently obsessed with the color mint and all things like it. Plain and simple, it looks beautiful. I recently purchased a mint colored blouse-tank from my favorite shopping spot, Forever 21, and now I want more. A pair of jeans, a dress, maybe a bathing suit? The possibilities are endless! For summer, I want to dress in bold and soft colors as often as I can. So I guess that means I better get shopping!

The Met Gala came and went again, and as usual there was some very beautiful gowns and some questionable ones. Here are a few of my favs for your enjoyment. I saw that several ladies were rocking the bold plum lip that night-seemed to be a trend that evening. Also, the color orange was trending for sure- I saw at least six different women wearing that hue, although I didn't show any on this post. Hope you like!

I saw The Black Keys last night with Andrew and his little sister, Cheyanne. The Keys put on a great show. I sang and danced the night away and overall had a wonderful evening with the two Barbas'. I originally planned to wear my leather leggings to the show (like I mentioned in my last post), but somehow this didn't transpire into my ensemble. Instead I went with my electric blue collar tank, and as always, my go-to black skinnies. To add a pop of excitement to my rather predictable look, I threw on my favorite shoes- my leopard print Jeffrey Campbell's. They make everything look pulled together and well, fabulous. As for my leather pants, I suppose there are always more concerts in my future I can finally bust those babies out! Hope everyone has a great rest of their weekend!
